Shopping with Papercut

Papercut provides made-to-order merchandise and separately scoped software development, marketing, and professional IT services. Browsing is available without a Papercut customer profile; sign-in is needed to place an order and follow its status. You must provide accurate contact details and have authority to purchase and use any artwork supplied.

Products and personalization

Catalogue photographs and mockups illustrate designs; small variations in screen colour, placement, and materials can occur. A material mismatch or defect remains eligible for the remedies in our returns policy. Check size, quantity, spelling, and personalization before checkout. We confirm artwork and any required proof before production. We do not use your uploaded design in public marketing without separate permission.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in Philippine pesos. Product checkout shows item prices, the delivery charge, and the complete order total before Place order. The saved order retains that reviewed total. We do not add an unapproved delivery surcharge after payment. If an address is unserviceable or fulfilment cannot be agreed, we discuss an alternative or cancellation and the appropriate refund.

A saved order or payment return page is not proof of successful payment. Work begins after payment is verified and required artwork approvals are complete. Sample/demo and sandbox flows do not establish a paid order. Do not send money through a sample link. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals in this store.

Professional service projects

A project brief is a request for a scope and quote, not a paid engagement. Before payment, your quotation states deliverables, fees, schedule, included revisions, acceptance criteria, and any milestone or intellectual-property terms. Changes outside that scope require your agreement to a revised scope and price. Third-party licenses, advertising budgets, hosting, and ongoing maintenance are included only when expressly stated.

Neither marketing results nor business revenue are guaranteed. The agreed project terms govern delivery and ownership, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Do not include live passwords, secret keys, or confidential third-party data in a project brief.

Changes, cancellations, and problems

Use Contact & support with your order reference to request a change, cancellation, return, or payment review. The returns policy explains remedies for defective or incorrect goods and treatment of work already completed. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an order, erase a legal payment obligation, or create an automatic refund. We handle those requests together where necessary without making an unrelated purchase a condition of deletion.

Acceptable use and rights

Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate someone, or attempt unauthorized access. We may decline work we cannot lawfully fulfil and address any unearned payment appropriately. Your statutory rights under applicable Philippine law are not limited by these terms. Contact the studio first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly; lawful complaint and dispute channels remain available.
